Elijah, in the Somerset KY location, was our customer service person. He was more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone we’ve ever dealt with at Verizon. Customer service like we received from him today, is a rare thing and so appreciated !

Tried to get there service.never worked.had to get T Moble to erase E Sims from Verizon so phone would work.they wer nice though and thought e Sim would work so they get a 2 star instead of 1

As an overall experience Summer was always pleasant upbeat and did not get frustrated at any point with our service. I would highly recommend Summer to help you on your next visit.
The entire store was impressive and the staff was very quick to help one another out when needed.
My husband and I will gladly be returning to this store !

Went into the Somerset Verizon store to replace an Apple Iphone that was having speaker issues. We knew exactly what we wanted. The store had the phone in house and it was purchased. We were in a hurry and said that we would restore the phone from the cloud once he made sure the phone was activated for us. I asked to check out as we were in a hurry and he stated the cost for the purchase, "taxes and new case". Folded the invoice and handed it to me as we left. Reviewing the invoice later I noticed a Set Up and Go Service Smartphone line item for 39.99. I called the store and they said it was an automated line item that could not be refused.
My advice, if you can use iCloud back up yourself, order the phone from Apple or Verizon online and they include free shipping. Skip the store.
