Elijah, in the Somerset KY location, was our customer service person. He was more helpful and knowledgeable than anyone we’ve ever dealt with at Verizon. Customer service like we received from him today, is a rare thing and so appreciated !

I got my new phone last month, Corey was great. Went in today to ask a few questions about my daughter’s phone, Jeremiah was great as well. Everyone is always friendly and helpful.
