Working with Kathleen was excellent, she went above and beyond what you can expect from a realtor. We were searching for a house in KY while being stationed in California, she did a couple of virtual showings for us and she made us feel like we were right there in the house. She has great skills and was a wealth of knowledge in her area. We did not end up buying a house in KY as planned but if we do ever need a realtor in KY she will be the first person we call. Kathleen and Epp went above and beyond in finding information about our land we purchased. We contacted other real estate agents that would tell us they knew nothing about the land ( that they were selling) but we could look it up. The sale went easy and quick. Kathleen set us up with all the people we needed: to search titles and test water. We didn't need to worry about anything. If your looking for a real estate agent they are defiantly the people to get.

Ronnie Elmore is fantastic! Our farm had been for sale for awhile and although very loved it proved to be a challenge to sale. Ronnie worked our listing like no other! He walked every corner of the 48+ acre property multiple times just to make sure potential buyers had all their questions answered and they seen the beauty of the farm. He was there for us and our buyers anytime we had questions. He is fair and trustworthy which made working with him a breeze! He worked with our buyers work schedule as well as ours.
