The staff at Toyota of Somerset are always very friendly and work hard to accommodate my schedule. My vehicle was returned in a clean condition. I highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced at this dealership. The primary reason I bought my 2023 Sienna at this dealership is because of the service department.

Terrible! Seth the “car salesman” just got up and walked away from me and my husband when we couldn’t make a deal! Never said thank you for coming in, or if you change your mind give us a call nothing he just got up from his desk and walked away and started opening the door for people coming in! I felt like Julia Roberts in the scene pretty woman I had cash money in my purse but I’ll never deal with them again!!!

My experience with Toyota of Somerset was well worth the 2 hour drive! My salesman Tim went above and beyond to help make the process worth my time and leave satisfied with my new Tundra! I am also very grateful he was able to help get my sister in tacoma as well! I give a very high recommendation when it comes to purchasing a new toyota or used vehicle from this dealership!!

My boyfriend purchased a 2024 Toyota Venza Limited from here about 2 months ago. I initially went onto their website to browse their inventory. I found the Venza we had been looking for. I clicked on it and typed in some information to inquire about it. Shortly after I received a call from one of their salesmen, Tim. I kept in contact with Tim for several days. We live almost 2 hours away so we were trying to find a good time to go down to check it out. He kept us in the loop the entire time and was only a phone call away. My boyfriend met with the owner during his first trip down. He said he was very kind and even gave him a hat. During the second trip down we bought our Venza (I was working the first time he went). We are very pleased with our purchase and with our experience. We will definitely be back in the future to purchase another Toyota.

I recently encountered an issue (out of warranty) with the backup camera on my 2020 Toyota Tundra, prompting a visit to the dealership. Initially, the problem was misdiagnosed as a faulty head unit, leading me to spend $500 on a new one . I didn't want to spend the $1200 for the OEM unit so I bought a used one of eBay. Unfortunately, after I received the unit and installed it, issue persisted.
Upon my return to the dealership, the technicians identified a frayed wire as the actual culprit. They promptly repaired it, and the camera started working perfectly. In a remarkable display of customer service, the dealership voluntarily reimbursed me for the head unit I had purchased (from eBay) and apologized for the initial misdiagnosis.
I want to commend the dealership for their exceptional customer service and for ultimately doing right by me. Their willingness to go above and beyond to resolve my issue and cover my out-of-pocket expenses speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this dealership for their professionalism and dedication to their customers.
Having experienced similar issues with Toyota repairs out of warranty in the past, Toyota of Somerset once again demonstrated why buying a Toyota is the right choice. They stand behind their products and their customers. I will be a Toyota customer for life.
