Let's just say after that experience, I won't be buying a vehicle from there... I was down but now I can buy 3 of there over priced cars. I've never been called "you people" before I was turned down for a loan, I guess that's what they call people down on there luck, like a job loss or divorce??? horrible experience...

The very BEST experience anyone could expect!! Glen Hampton is the very best sales consultant that I've ever dealt with! I was able to take care of everything over the phone, which was perfect because we are located three hours away and I work 7 days a week. Glen took care of me to the T! I will never use anyone else but Glen, for myself or anyone I know!! He was 100% Honest the car is AMAZING!!! The best price and the trade in I had they gave way more than I expected!! Glen was never pushy and I consider him a friend for life!!!

We stopped in to buy a car for my 88 year old Dad. They had a car that Dad felt would suit his needs. He bought the car without a warranty which is common for most older cars. After about a week he noticed the front end vibrating and took it to another dealer. Turns out there had been a minor front end accident and the previous owner put it back together with sheet metal screws and glue. After informing Lloyd Johnson of Toyota of Somerset he went out of his way to insure that Dad was satisfied his purchase and the two of them reached a mutual agreement on the cost of the repairs.

Glen and Paul both bent over backwards and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and the end result was me being able to drive away with the car I wanted. As long as those two gentlemen stay at that lot, it will be my first and probably only stop for vehicles in the future. 5 stars is not high enough for the kindness and courtesy they showed us!

Staff were super friendly and helped us get financing in a tight spot. I wish they had known more about the bank they hooked us up with, but I forgive them because of the awesome deal we got on our van.

Went by there to look at a truck. The check engine light was on and airbag light on. When asked about it we were told " oh don't worry about it, those things happen and we're not going to check it" needless to say we left and will never recommend them. To bad I had to give 1 star to put a comment on here!

Absolute ripoff. I paid $3000 cash down for a 2007 Toyota Corolla around May of last year, somehow, I wound up paying almost $9000 for a car that was worth around $6500 to $7000. Biggest bunch of crooks I have ever seen in my life, and for the record, no I didn't have a trade-in. Keep in mind, they are owned by Toyota of Somerset, so this probably speaks for them as well. What a shame, a person works hard for their money, and crooked people like this steal it away from you. Won't do business with them again.

My wife and I drove up from Crossville, TN to look at an older model, low mileage Volvo. We did not feel like the car met our needs and we did not take it. In our conversations with Glenn, the salesperson, I could not have asked for a nicer person to deal with. I called him to say he was a credit to the title Used Car Salesman; he was nothing like the stereotype.
