Internet horrible but then good. Mostly ok but always gets disconnected. Sometimes slow sometimes fast but not too fast. I think the internet should be BETTER. I feel stressed because of this INTERNET. get it fixed I am now editing my review nothing has changed 3 stars sorry but 2 now I love the internet and service but too many glitches. It is also pretty slow. Certain spots in my house are slower than others. There is about only one or two spots in my house that have good internet. There are even glitches in those spots which I am ok with. Sorry don't want to be rude but can't get anything done. I just feel like houses or people that do not have the premium packages do not get that good of internet quality. We could at least get a little better quality. If we had the same quality, with no glitches and that wasn't slow then the star rating for me would be 4 or 5 but we do not have the same quality. For the people reading I am not saying not to get this internet BUT there are A LOT of glitches. With these glitches everything on technology is hard to do. We need better quality please. People and houses with the smaller and cheaper packages need at least some better internet and quality of the internet. It would make my family and I way happier with better internet. My account is not connected to what I am writing this on right now so if Spectrum y'all could contact or email me I could give you the information under the email our internet is under. Thank you. Drivers in company vehicle (truck with heavy equipment/trailer) driving recklessly could not keep controller of trailer fishtailing all over due to excess speed and riding bumpers of other vehicles. Not a good representation for the company. 6:53pm Pine Knot KY on 27 2/13/24 caught on dash cam as well. I understand being in a hurry but driver almost caused multiple wrecks.

This store is always backed up with people and this location either needs new employees or more employees. The wait time here is always forever and usually employees disappear to the back room and not return to the floor to assist customers or return 30 mins later.

Bad internet for anyone wanting to game or stream decided to give them a shot cause their representative that got me into said I would have better service than highland at a better price. I'm unable to stream or anything and I've done nothing but lose money because of their lies its decent internet if you just wanna stream movies or Netflix. terrible for gaming and streaming them. Would give 0 stars because I was lied to about how good their service is.

Would honestly rate 0 stars if I could. Turned in some old equipment and was told over the phone we would leave with our new equipment ready to hookup and use. After dropping it off they said there was a 10 day equipment hold. Talked to someone on the phone again and they said they didn't see a hold and they sent the info over for a reserved time to come in and get it the next day. Went in to get it and again they are saying there is a hold but now its only 5 days. Why they can't get it together is beyond me. Now we are paying for internet that we won't have access to until next week. Makes sense right?

Trash company. Will intentionally shut down service for "planned maintenance" yet bill you for the time your not able to utilize the service. Might seem small to some but if the company is the reason your not able to utilize the service then they shouldn't be charging you for that time frame .

Even 1 star is far too many for Spectrum. At first i experienced at least one outage per week. After a series of "upgrades" my internet was extremely slow ( -60% speeds in both upload and download speed) and am still experiencing personal outages. Spectrum does not care about service. They only care about your money. If they didn't seemingly have a monopoly on the market in Science Hill I would gladly take my money anywhere else.

We have never went into the Somerset store and not been met with one single, overworked and overwhelmed employee trying to deal with 5-6 customers. Most of who have issues that take forever to work through leaving everyone else waiting for literally HOURS. Hire some more freaking employees, have a manager always on site. And maybe your employees would stick around and your customers would actually have an okay experience. It's yet to happen for us tho.

Slow constant lagging in streaming and constantly going out. Service upgrade with less than 24 hour notice. Expected 2-4 hours for upgrades. Had a new line installed from pole to house with 3 connectors before entering home they had to come back out to run a new line again and still slow and lagging constantly

Been here for 30 minutes. People continue to coming in one worker working out front seen another worker came out of yhe back and went straight back in. Never even acknowledged the consumers

This service sucks, for 3 weeks now they’ve tried adding a late charge to our account when we’ve never been late on a payment, ever. It’s a reoccurring issue with these morons. We will be switching back, I’d rather have to pay for a phone and tv along with it at another provider, than to be hustled by these people. Awful.

The representative was very rude and all I was trying to do was get a print out of my bill and they can't even do that there.

Went into the store today to apply for internet. Within 30 minutes I headed home with needed equipment. Took me about 30 minutes to install and upload. Samantha was so friendly and easy to work with.
