“Purchased a pair of boots for my daughter for her birthday. She loved them but complained they were too tight. I assumed she picked the wrong size. After further investigation it was discovered the boots had been mislabeled at factory. The lady working the store at the time of our discovery went above and beyond to make it right. Great customer care service! Will be our go to spot for all future boot purchases!”
