Very poor customer service has bad communication skills when to call u
Does not warranty tires and whole front end replacement and still have to take it to a different garage because it still doesn't drive right i would rather walk them to take anything to them again

Been here a few times and wasn’t bad. Went there today and immediately got greeted with attitude and it was obvious they don’t want to help you. As I’m standing there waiting to be helped the owners are fighting over cigarettes in the parking lot.

Got my car fixed quicker than they said they'd be able to, and for cheaper than they quoted me
Edit: I had to bring my car back because my battery light came back on. Apparently I got a bad alternator. Alright, that happens. I bring it back, they call and keep me updated a couple times. We get it all squared and they don't charge me for the extra labor or bad part, cuz it could be covered under warranty. Being willing to fix something that went wrong under their care is very impressive. Mechanic work is very important work anywhere, but especially in a town that isn't walkable. Good on y'all, you've earned a loyal customer

Jon at reeds tire of somerset is a great salesman an kinda consider calling him a friend after the few times I stopped in for service each one of those times the mechanics have been great really helped me understand what was up with my car an quickly got it fixed an me back moving thanks reeds tire of somerset

Very, very, very disappointed in what happened. I had a new tires a year or so ago put on I went back to tires rotated and they told me the Lugnuts had been stripped out. No one had touched the vehicle other than Reeds. Yet it would cost me to have these replaced. I went somewhere else and they said it was a shock that my tire did not fall off 2 lug nuts had been broken off. Only Reeds had touched my vehicle… cost me over 150.00 to have them drilled out and replaced. They acted like they didn’t do anything to cause this. Disappointed big time.
