Unfortunately every time I’ve been here they have always been rude to me, maybe cause I’m a man and I get medications they don’t approve of. Sorry that I have had issues in the past and you all are not my judge. Lastly, if my insurance and need to pay for something they act like I can’t afford it. My car don’t mean anything. Act better and your name, your unprofessional.

KUDO’s TO *AMANDA* FOR HER EFFICIENCY, PROFESSIONALISM, THOROUGHNESS & OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT!!! *AMANDA* is definitely a BREATH OF FRESH AIR & PERSONALLY APPRECIATED by me... aka...1st time customer @ Professional Pharmacy... .... after dealing with the frustrations of an UNACCEPTABLE & UNPROFESSIONAL RESPONSE TIME FROM THE PRESCRIBING PHYSICIAN!!! Because of this Physician’s lackadaisical follow-up, unfortunately, I’ve been without my pertinent, daily regime of medications!! This lingering in delay felt like I was in a permanent holding pattern from April 29th @ 2pm until NOW, May 4th @ 3pm with both the Medical Facility Staff and (un)attentive physician in London, Ky!! To be rigorously honest, they definitely make a patient feel unimportant & take ALL the “CARE” out of “HEALTHCARE!! The rapport between physician & patient is in need of dire improvements!!! Thank YOU Amanda for keeping your finger on the pulse, going above and beyond & lastly.... restoring my faith in customer service relations!!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I honestly hate to rate this Pharmacy so well because I am afraid they will get swamped and the service would suffer...hahahah Honestly! This has to be one of if not the best pharmacies we have ever went to. Always fast with not the long waits! Very friendly and professional! Love this Pharmacy!

Just transferred all my scripts to this pharmacy. They are all wonderful and kind hearted people. Definitely worth the drive from Monticello for the wonderful customer service.
