Took my dog in for a quote for dental care, and ear care. She received her rabies vaccine and a quote. Later we called and scheduled the appointment and it took 10 days to get that appointment. 8 am for drop off understanding that she would be done by noon and we could pick up around 2 pm to let the meds wear off. Received a call AT noon that the hygienist "went home sick" and they had an "emergency" come in and excuse after excuse. The vet said they could keep her overnight and do everything in the morning but we were questioning why they hadn't even touched her ears yet but they sedated her.... I quickly called back and said no just have her ready for pick up we are coming to get her. My husband went and immediately was greeted with more excuses "Hey we will do her ears right now it will take 5 minutes and we won't charge for it but we have to charge for the medicine". Sadly, my dog is traumatized, depressed, lethargic, and now constipated. Her ear is bothering her more now than it did before. Her entire personality is off. I get emergencies, a few of my fur babies have needed emergency care before, but to leave a dog that you were told has separation anxiety, locked in a cage with sedation and no one around that she knows or is even familiar with only to be giggling on the phone when called to tell us nothing had been done yet? Someone should have called us right away to let us know what was happening, someone should have said something beforehand if you set an appointment and the service wouldn't be provided for a few hours, etc. Your locations piss poor management of time and personnel is absolutely appalling. The creatures you provide a service for are not just "animals", they are people's babies and they mean something to us that you just do not seem to understand.

Everyone from the office staff to the Veterinarian were very pleasant to be around, and showed a true concern for our furry family member.We would highly recommend Midway Veterinary Clinic to anyone seeking medical care for their pet.

When I was called to bring my pet in, I was met be a friendly associate. She took my information and said the vetinarian would be in shortly. True to her word, the vetinarian came in shortly and met with me and my pet. She was friendly and very knowledgeable. She left for a few minutes to examine my pet. When she returned she explained what my pet was experiencing and prescribed medication. Then I was given a follow-up appointment. She held my dog in her arms to make him feel comfortable and trust me he loved it. Midway Veterinary Hospital is the only place I will take my dog when he's sick or for his wellness appointment. I'm very pleased with the care they provide.

I had to take my dog in due to an illness. They got me an appointment that same day and was seen promptly when arriving. They staff was super nice and the Vet was knowledgeable and new right away what to do. The vet doctor even called me 3 days later to check in with me on the status of my dog! I am very please with the care received at Midway!

I drive from East Bernstadt and it is definitely worth the drive. They saved my cats life. The vets and staff are knowledgeable and very competent. I can't recommend Midway Vet enough!

Highly recommend! We were on vacation when I was scared my dog may have broke her leg when we were hiking (thankfully she didn't!). They got me in within hours of calling and everyone there was so wonderful! The bill was very reasonable for the X-ray and meds. Thank you for taking care of my baby and putting my heart at ease! ❤️

Our 10 year old dog unexpectedly passed away while at our camper in Nancy, Kentucky. Midway took such great care of us and her. We had her cremated through Midway and I was so touched by the level of care in this process. They really went above and beyond and I am very thankful. Even though we don't live in town, I would happily recommend Midway. Thank you for making this hard time for us a little better.

We've been using Midway since 2018 to take care of our wonderful dog. They do a great job with her. They spayed her and recently did some minor surgery. And she still likes going there!

I had previously used Midway for 2 years with my pet, Bexley. Pricing was a bit steep and it was hard to get in at times. The main issue for me is that no one will answer the phone. This has happened on multiple occasions, but the straw that broke the camel’s back was when my dog was having an issue that needed to be seen immediately. I called when the clinic opened and no one answered. I proceeded to attempt to call for a few more minutes and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I did not feel as though I had the time to wait for a call back and wound up calling another clinic that got her in immediately. I’m giving three stars for her prior treatment which was good. I’m not impressed with how this practice is now being ran.
