Had to ask 2 employees for help each directed me to someone else. Neither acknowledged I was waiting at the desk in front of them. The 3 person was a sweet helpful young lady. The male employee who loaded my order was quick, polite and efficient. God bless them both.

Worst Lowes I have ever been to. No one will help you with anything!! All 4 checkouts are self checkout only, so if you’re buying a big item…. Good luck! The two employees I did speak to were very rude and unhelpful and acted like I was inconveniencing them with buying from their store. I’ll drive to London Ky from Somerset to go to Lowe’s!

I could spend every spare minute I have in lowes. This place has anything you need for your home. Prices are great and they always have plenty of staff to help assist you. Special thanks to the store manager and Brittany for helping me find something for my sink with no reference and little description. Yall are great

We bought a patio conversational set at Somerset Lowes. When we went back to get it a couple of items were missing. It was made right with us . Willie and Chris were the best. If you have a problem these two are your guys. They both went above and beyond to make it right.
THEY ARE THE BEST !!!!
We are extremely happy with our purchase.

Ordered a washer dryer and associated installation parts, seemed like a reasonable price for the quality and showed all items in stock and available for in store pick up. Paid my invoice in full online. Got the email and text saying part of my order was ready and the rest would be pulled when we arrived. Got to the store and checked in. Waited 45 minutes, got a bit impatient and went inside to see if I needed to go to a different pick up spot. Well lo and behold they (Lowe's ) didn't have the items in stock. Hey Lowe's.....a phone call, email or text would be nice when you don't have your "in stock items" in stock. Second time you've done this to me. I know my 7 grand a year doesn't matter to you. But I'll be damned if you will get another buck from me. Almost seems like a bait and switch routine.

If I could give them a 0, I would. We waited over an hour and paged an associate to appliances several times and we are still leaving without what we came for. Honestly it was ridiculous.
