“I took my citizen eco-drive watch into this store because it wasn’t working. I assumed it needed a battery and requested a replacement. Their technician came out and explained that my watch had a capacitor and not a battery. Furthermore he explained that if I pulled the stem out on the side and placed it in direct sunlight for 6 hours that it might start running again. It worked. That kind of service is called “Free Advice” and is simply not seen much anymore. These folks are wonderful and I’ll bet if you make a purchase, that too would be a pleasant experience…”
