“It's hard to keep up with everything that I have bought from Lowe's in the last couple of weeks. They only thing that I had trouble with was a cabinet that I've purchased from Lowe's. It was missing some of the assembly parts. And I had to go to Lowe's twice to try and get the right assembly parts. Finally, one of the workers up there. Just cut, open another box of the same kind of cabinet and took the parts out of it. And give them to me, so everything worked out in the end.”

The oven didn’t work like it should, so I called on Saturday and was immediately put through to a manager. He was very professional and said they would bring a replacement on SUNDAY!
