Read contracts throughly. Especially if they’re trying to rush you. If they have you sign anything before contract ends, read it! They work it up like it’s a new lease for another year.

Horrible. Just horrible, the renter was always super rude, wouldn’t even give the WiFi password for anyone who would want it. And not very long ago we found out that even though we weren’t using the place anymore, we were finished with it, we Still had to pay bills for it. The crazy part is that they had already rented it out to another group and they weren’t paying at all. We were paying for they’re electric.

This review is on behalf of my wife's involvement with Eagle Realty. I personally delt with all things discussed while helping my wife deal with the situation. I urge anyone thinking of getting involved with Eagle Realty to be very hesitant when doing business of any kind with them. Eagle Realty is not community, family, or socially friendly. Eagle Realty will cheat you and make money anyway they can at your expense. While my wife and I rented from them, she interacted with each member of the administration team as her own business administrator. She found them rude, unwilling to help her, assist with issues, and be generally difficult to deal with. Anytime she asked for assistance, they just told her to read the lease and was not their problem. There were hidden maintenance fees she wasn't unaware of when signing to take over the previous tenants lease. She was a first time small business owner and made the mistake of trusting what she was signing without thoroughly reading it (lesson learned). She was just ready to get to work. Eagle Realty took advantage of that. Again, lesson learned. I hope this review helps others not make the same trusting mistakes. I could go on and on about how they cheated and mistreated her. However, I will not.If you do decide to enter a business agreement with them, I urge you to read the lease thoroughly. Read the lease down to the last period, (as you should anyway). I recommend not agreeing to anything verbally. Make sure it's in writing. If you do not like the terms of the lease. Go over it with them. If at that point you're still not satisfied, move on and rent from someone else. Trust me, it will not take you long to understand what kind of people you are dealing with. If you take those specific steps to protect yourself and ensure the success of your company/small business, all will work out.Good luck out there and stay safe. This review is not the reflection of all people, but only my personal interaction/experience with them for the past 6 years. After talking with multiple community members, there are many disgruntled folks out there that share my distaste towards Eagle Realty and those operating the company. Each person has an individualized experience with Eagle Realty. Again, I am only putting out an announcement as a warning from our experience.

Highly disappointed in the way I was treated. I don’t know how these crooks sleep at night. READ READ READ your lease. Do NOT agree to anything by mouth or through text. If you are expecting to rent thinking it will be cheaper, or a good way to start out a new business, think again. You are responsible for everything. Heating and air, plumbing, anything inside the building. And if something IS their responsibility to fix, don’t expect it to be within a timely manner. You will have to contact them multiple times. You will be put off and lied to. Make sure you get an itemized list of “triple net.” You will realize that you and all others are paying for things like “grass being mown in December” ( doesn’t happen) You are all paying the same amount for outside maintenance, garbage pickup, etc etc. These people are making BANK off of YOU! You will be better off getting a small loan and building your own business instead of renting or leasing from these crooks. In one sentence to describe leasing from Eagle Realty: You will be disappointed and disgusted.

making verbal agreements and then changing those agreements In writing is pretty shady. I hope these reviews reach the public and your buisness gets shut down, or you can't afford to keep it going. or maybe learn from your mistakes and become a buisness people can actually trust.
but in a world full of people like you it has proven that you will always win. I would ask how you sleep at night buy probably say comfortably in a million dollar house that the people you have cheated have paid for.

They Changed the date on my lease without my knowledge. It took them 3 months to repair a broken door to my shop. Also took multiple complaints about no air conditioning before they finally agreed to update the air BUT only if I extended my lease. Made me replace the water heater that leaked out all over my salon for 2 days. They have a maintenance man with a van ON SITE where I leased. My building was literally attached to their building. I asked if one of the maintenance men could bring me a ladder bc mine wasn’t tall enough to reach the ceiling. Landlord replied that was my responsibility.
These people only want money.

Watch what there doing. Our paper work was not filed. When we we discovered this it was a huge headache. They seemed not to care.

Very disappointed with the inattentive, and then combative, way we were treated. They manage most of the commercial properties in town so I guess common courtesy isn't important when you have the market cornered.

A friend of mine just got fired as their handy man for asking for a raise. Just think about the type pf people you would like to rent from. These ppL are a joke!
