I was shopping for windows for my home. A rep came to my home and gave me an estimate for 8 windows. I called and asked for an estimate to fix a broken window which was part of the package price and wanted just the cost of the repair. I was told that they would call me with the estimate and I waited two days and heard nothing. I went into the shop to ask about the estimate and to ask a question about the install of the windows. The person I needed to speak to was not there and was told again that I would get a call back. Nothing. Silence. So disappointing as I wanted the windows and wanted to support a local business. I ended up using another company and paying more because no one at this business wanted to contact me. I just hope that the owner of this business sees this and will reach out to me. "You can't fix what you dont know is broken".

My garage door quit working at 7:30am and Doormaster had someone at my house by 9. The fix ended up being temporary as we had a super old motor. Just a few hours later it quit working again. Doormaster had someone out just 2 hours later to replace the motor. Super efficient and friendly. I will never use anyone else. Very reasonably priced, as well. Thank you so much!

Stopped out this morning and purchased a new garage opener and got a call at my noon that they had availability to come install today. The guys that came out were nice and professional and walked me through everything! Great Service!

We have had our garage door, sliding glass doors, and front windows installed by Doormaster and have been very pleased with each job they have done. They are neat, trustworthy, and friendly and want everything to be right. I will definitely use them again. Great company!
