Sold us an as is car. Said there was no problems all they had to do was change a spark plug which was problay a lie. Turns out the motor is bad and drinking oil as fast as it drinks gas. Won't do nothing to correct there lies. Wants me to pay to fix there mistake.

Great salesman Stan. Did what he said he would do. Earned our business with hard work. Finance man was great too. We will definitely use them again. And recommend this dealership to all our friends.
update: 3 years later....great services, good prices, will only go there for my car "Lyric".

I always bring my car to Don Franklins for oil changes, etc and they always do a terrific job. The service man was very polite and complimented me on taking good care of my Sorento. Nice!!
