"I would like to share my experience with both Don Franklin dealerships in Somerset and London, KY. I have a habit of sticking to the facts, so here's my honest assessment. The Don Franklin dealership in Somerset did not offer a fair value for my trade-in, and their prices on used vehicles were higher than average. However, I found a solution by transferring my interest to the Don Franklin dealership in London, KY.At the London dealership, I received exceptional service. They provided me with a great deal, offering what I was asking for my trade-in, a low-interest rate, and a payment plan that suited my needs. Most importantly, there was no sales pressure, making the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. On the contrary, my experience with the Somerset dealership was disappointing. Their staff was uncooperative, wasting my time and making inappropriate remarks. Despite my well-researched approach, their sales manager, whose name I don't recall but had a long beard, displayed unprofessional behavior, indicating a lack of respect for customers.This situation contrasts sharply with the Don Franklin Auto's claim on their website: "Unlike some dealerships in Kentucky, at Don Franklin Auto, the customer comes first." I strongly urge Mr. Franklin to investigate this dealership, as their conduct tarnishes the reputation of the Don Franklin brand.I deeply regret not reading reviews beforehand, as I would have avoided wasting two days and unnecessary stress. My sincere appreciation goes to the team at the Don Franklin dealership in London, especially my salesman Tyler and the finance expert "Peanut." They truly exemplified customer-centric values, making me feel valued and respected throughout the process."

They are a reputable dealer, I'm sure, and Cody was a very attentive salesperson, but we walked away from a purchase because they wouldn't beat another dealer's price on the same car. We ended up getting the exact same vehicle, with fewer miles, from another dealer for $1,800 less. Score one for the good guys.

I purchased a used 2017 Chevy Malibu Premier from Danny Sweet. He was very helpful. They do attempt to upsale extras such as extended warranties and the like at closing but overall, still a good experience. I have experienced a few issues with my car that have thankfully all been under the warranty and this is where I feel they really showed their level of professionalism and true customer courtesy. Each time my car has been in their shop I have been provided with a courtesy vehicle to drive. All of the service guys have been very nice and helpful. Mr. Joe Cummins was who I dealt with while having a issue on a weekend and he made sure I had a car to drive until they reopened on Monday. He didn’t make me feel like I was a bother at all even though I know it was a very inconvenient time for him as he had other customers he was helping as well. The service after the sale has been exceptional and although I have had some issues with my car I would still highly recommend them as they stand behind their vehicles and keep the process as hassle free as possible.

Never care about the customers they only care about making their money, as long as they sell you the most expensive car they can they're happy, but you cannot get what you want because they will always try to put you in something else that they want you to buy
