I don't normally shop at this Dollar General but lately I have been down that way and it's alot nicer then most of them! It's always clean and the employees are always so nice and helpful

Was there today with my kids sometime between 4&5.. Ive never had issues here before. SoWhen My kids who are only 5&6 were looking at toys and had 1 toy in the floor because he was thinking about getting it he was standing pretty close to it also. Idk if the worker assumed we were just going to leave it there but she walked over put it back on the shelf. I said im sorry maam he was just looking at that and she said "If corporate came in and seen this WE would get in trouble NOT you. US NOT YOU!." And then walked off. My kids are going to be kids. I understand some people may leave the aisles there a mess BUT we were the only people in the aisle we wasnt even there long. My son had it leaned up against the shelf close to us because he was still looking but was considering that toy. All im saying is I wouldnt have just left it there. I have worked with the public before so I understand how things can be. BUT i feel she should have handled it differently. It just came off as rude in my opinion. My son asked me if he did something bad after that.. Im just saying as a mother and a customer it bothered me. It made me feel rushed because i felt like if i stayed there any longer id go off and i didnt want to show my a** in public because this woman made my child feel like he done something wrong and it hurt his feelings.The lady working the register was super kind to us though!

I love dollar general, they have great products the name brands at lower price or they have the off brand too, check it out you'll live it too.
