They treat women like they don't know anything. They wait on men first and sale you things that don't work for the project your working on. I was a machinist for ten years, I know what I am talking about. Will never spend my money there again.

Nice people but don’t get anything shipped. I had 8.40 in six boots that weighted less than 3 pounds and they charge me 25.85 for ups ground.

I shopped at Del ars ever since they first moved into Somerset which lasted to 2021. During those years I’ve spent many thousands of dollars with them. I loved these guys, both their hospitality and service and trusted them so much that I never even checked my receipts That was a bad mistake on my part. Just recently a clerk made a simple mistake on my order that made a lier out of him and proved the managers true colors by refusing to make it right with me in any way. My only consolation is, it was only a 169 dollar mistake. Of course. I will never be back in their store again, but what hurt me the most was I loved to shop there and I thought they were all good people, as a clerk and the manager proved me wrong. My advice is don’t trust them to the point that I did and be sure to double check all your receipts.
