It has everything you need, including a women's only fitness room and sauna. Very nice atmosphere as well as very polite, friendly and helpful staff.

I love how they have a designated ladies only area.( For those who want to take advantage) I can't commit to monthly membership at this time , so I use their $7 everything daily pass. Unlike other gyms in the area you aren't confined to only the main gym area.

Been my go to gym for years. I love this place, it's most definitely my favorite part of the day.
Locally owned and operated by two Lake Cumberland area natives, Club Fit 24hr of Somerset, KY boasts 25,000sq ft of space with pin loaded machines, plate loaded equipment, cardio machines, a private women's only area, cross-training area, and complimentary tanning! Group fitness classes like spin, AMPD are included with membership! Add on household family members for low rates who receive their own access card to the facility- no need for a buddy system.
