This is a personal review. I need to make it clear that I have never been or purchased anything from Autoland. I have met a few people who work there and have all been nice. However, I had the displeasure of meeting one of their colleagues last Friday when he came into my place of employment. I have worked in customer service as well as factories and I have NEVER been treated so poorly. The amount of disrespect was uncanny. I was yelled at before and after my nice greeting. He then proceeded to make fun of the drawings I had place proudly all over my wall which showcased what my 3 year old son had done. Said it looked like I had been coloring in my spare time, insinuating my literacy. Now keep in mind he was in my place of employment picking up his company vehicle. He was, at that point, representing Autoland. This interaction alone solidified any and all decisions to never visit, promote, or purchase anything from any person or business venture associated with this person. If he can present himself this way while representing his company, I can only imagine how he would treat customers. I’ve asked a few people about him and his personality and was met with positive and negative feedback. Whatever was on this man’s shoulder, I pray god fixes it and heals his pain. Maybe even a little lesson in respect and kindness.

Avoid this place like the plague I had a car here and I lost my job had to return it well a month later I got some mail from them saying I owe 7k for a car that have and is for sale on their Facebook page and they said they will be legal action forget that I’m going to fight them on this bunch of crooks and who like cuss out their customers like they did me
