Worst store experience ever. We're getting ready to move into a new townhouse and we were looking to spend between $3K-$5K on a new mattress with massaging base. We walked around for 15 minutes while 2 employees stood there doing absolutely nothing yet refused to even acknowledge we were even there.I reckon because we were dressed casually in jeans and tshirts they just assumed we didn't have the money to pay for what we were looking at. Well guys you know now what happens when you assume, just sayin. Fairly certain Kemper furniture will appreciate our business!!!

Customer service was great and friendly. They helped me to get my stuff figured out and helped me set up my finance process. Prices were great. Got my bedroom suite quick and love it. Would highly recommend!

Will never buy from here again ordered a table 4 chairs and a bench ordered in October 2023 table chairs finally came in but bench wasn't with it I think they sold it out from under me so it has been ordered again and still don't have it don't waste your time here go to Kemper furniture they back up what they sell

0 out of 10. Would not recommend.By far the worst furniture store I’ve been to. Completely overpriced furniture of the same quality you would find at Big Lots, incompetent sales people that treat customers like they’re an inconvenience, and delivery policies that seem to change with the blowing of the breeze.I’m not sure where the entitlement comes from working in a furniture store, but after spending over $4k on a couch, I don’t feel as though my wife should have left the store crying after being talked down to and belittled.

I will never buy from Ashley Furniture in Somerset again. It takes way too long to get your order and then you get the run around on order status. I had to call 5 times to find out what was going on after more than 8 weeks waiting.UPDATE: Finally got delivery, but...they sent the wrong love seat!!!
