The Groomer continues to do a perfect job with Mickey"s furry coat.

I don’t think the people that work here will ever understand how much I APPRECIATE them!
Backstory, this is going to be long: 2 years ago, I had a black cat that I adored. He was my first cat as a pet and I was so happy to have him. We got him from a shelter and he was the sweetest. We lived in Washington DC at the time so things tend to be more expensive. Unfortunately since he was my first cat, he had some medical complications that I was not aware of or noticed in time. He had a crystal blockage, stopping him from being able to pee at all. We took him to the vet there and they would not assist us with him unless we could pay for his treatment on the spot. His treatment was around 3k with the meds, a few nights stay. Round the clock monitoring etc. I don’t know about you but I personally did not have that lying around. So we made the difficult decision to put him to sleep instead. It was the only humane way to help him and I was deviated and traumatized over it, when we got my current cat, Mufasa, I was reluctant to keep him but I just fell in love. He is so sweet. And when I noticed the signs of what again could be a blockage, I took him to the vet immediately.
At first it was just a UTI. And they took such good care of him and their prices for that appointment was so doable for what they did for him. We planned on taking him back and did for his check ups. But before one check up we noticed mufasa wasn’t behaving normal. But I did not have the money for treatment. None at all. I still called in tears wondering what I could do. I’m not sure if they do this for everyone but they were willing to work with me and do a payment plan where they would give him the treatment he needed and we could pay when we could. Mufasa did end up getting a blockage and I was devastated. But they still took him, treated him and cared for him and now he is him, happy and alive. I am so THANKFUL of this place and its people. I will continue to come back 100%

They were amazing!!!! We had just bought a puppy that needed some extra attention quickly and they were more than happy to get get us in. We were informed of all of our new puppy's needs and given all of the care information needed to help him start to feeling better. We are so happy with the quality of care here we will be permanently switching our vets.

They have always been there for Pebbles and us ..They were so respectful after the passing of Pebbles ..and are treating my new babies Buttercup and Otis with the same love and care as they did Pebbles..I highly recommend them

I had My Himalayan cat Zoi groomed there and the lady did a fantastic job. The other girls up front were great too. I live in Oneida Tn and it’s an hour away but well worth the drive.

Dr. Flynn and her office staff are always top notch! They treat my girls like they would their own. They have always made time for me if I have an emergency and always check up on the girls a few days after to make sure they are improving. It is a long drive for me but I would not go anywhere else.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. They got me in on the same day, and they had to put my sweet Lillypug to sleep. I'm forever greatful that my sweet babygirl got the dignity and respect she deserves. Thank you so much. I will return when I get a new furbaby!

Staff was very friendly ,the vet scared the he'll out of my dog and told me I better get control of my dog before he gets any bigger-my dog is around people everyday no problems at all it was her.And every time I go here it goes up 10.00
