I was looking for a used truck. The lady that owns the place was very nice, knowledgeable and courteous. She was very friendly and she seemed on the level about all of her inventory and transparent about prices and anything that may have been wrong with used vehicles. I highly recommend stopping in if you're just in the market for used vehicle. This would be the place to go.

ZERO STARS!!! I purchased a vehicle there in October of 2022 and the engine blew. I could not get it repaired because they charged me for a warranty and GAP insurance and did not file any paperwork the warranty company ( which is fraudulent) In addition to that, they were unable to provide a memorandum of tile because they still owed money I the vehicle I purchased. I have obtained an attorney and will ensure Serena Gordon will not be able to sell even a bicycle to the public after I’m finished with her.

My fiance and I bought a car in Nov 2022 and where still going on temp tags because they didn't get the car inspected before they sold it and every time we call they either don't answer or say that we have to speak to the manager and there never there or they will call us back and never do. This is ridiculous we are buying a car that we can't get in our name. Don't ever buy a car from them they are crooks and we will be getting a lawyer

Not even a 1 star! Please do NOT go to this car lot! I purchased a small car to use for traveling with my job! Huge mistake!!!!! They told me they had replaced several things on the car. Not so! I have spent thousands fixing the car and it’s still not able to be put on the road. On top of that, after two months, they still haven’t submitted the paperwork to put the car in my name. When I called, multiple times, there was still no resolution. I understand fully that I bought the car as is, but I also wish people weren’t so dishonest and had a little bit of integrity! After listening to her yell and scream, the only way to resolve the issue was to call law enforcement! The only way to deal with these people is to call the police and your attorney! Ridiculous!!!

On October 14, 2022, I purchased a 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe from 27 Auto Sales, as well as an extended warranty for $2,500 and GAP insurance for $999 through Pro Guard. At that time, I was provided 60-day temporary tags for the vehicle. On December 12th, I had the vehicle inspected by the state of North Carolina, so that I may obtain new plates. After waiting at the NCDMV for three hours, I learned the title to my new automobile was never forwarded. I was told they only had a record of the 2017 Volkswagen Jetta, that I traded in for the Hyundai Santa Fe ($8500 trade-in value). As of today's date, Community Trust Bank (account # 60300909577 0003) does not possess a lien statement for this loan. As a matter of fact, Nicole with Community Trust Bank contacted the Kentucky DMV and they indicated the title is still registered to 27 Auto Sales, LLC.On January 13th the engine on the vehicle I purchased failed. On January 16, 2023, I contacted Serena Gordon with 27 Auto Sales to obtain a copy of my warranty as it was not provided at the time of purchase, which she was unable to provide. I, then, contacted Pro Guard directly on January 17, 2023, to request a copy of the warranty and to my surprise, they had no record a warranty or GAP insurance policy was purchased in my name at the time of sale. I then sent a strongly worded email to Ms. Gordon on January 20th as I still had not heard from Ms. Gordon. Please see attached. On January 23rd, my car was towed from Firestone in Charlotte to South Charlotte Hyundai for a proper inspection of the engine ($149.92). On January 25th, I was informed the automobile will need a new engine. Because 27 Auto Sales never provided me with the warranty paperwork to sign, it was clear, I was without a warranty. However, I was billed $2,500 for an extended warranty, $999 for GAP insurance, and $395 for a dealer document fee.On January 28th my significant other obtained a trailer from Ms. Gordon and drove to Charlotte (where I live) from Kentucky (where he lives) to bring the car back to 27 Auto Sales to have them repair it, in good faith. At that time, Ms. Gordon provided me with the only automobile from her lot that has a clean title. She indicated the remaining vehicles still had liens with the auction houses she purchased them from. At that time, she informed me she would contact Community Trust Bank to have the fees mentioned above removed from the loan. Yesterday, I spoke with Nicole at said bank and she informed me that Ms. Gordon would not be able to have the fees removed from the loan. She will need to refund the fees in the amount of $3,894 directly to me. I have yet to receive any payment.On February 17th whilst driving to Somerset to visit my significant other (Jason Ryan), the loaner car Ms. Gordon provided me broke down at a gas station just outside of Knoxville, TN. It took Ms. Gordon nine days to repair that vehicle (2015 Chevy Equinox). Obviously, I had to stay in Kentucky until she decided to fix the loaned vehicle, as I was unable to drive back to Charlotte. I have sent several text messages to Ms. Gordon with very little response. Please see the attached text strand.I do not understand how this woman has been able to maintain a license to sell automobiles. She is corrupt and unscrupulous. I am gobsmacked that she continues to operate 27 Auto Sales, LLC by selling malfunctioning used cars and commits fraud by charging consumers for services, extended warranties, and GAP insurance that is never submitted to her warranty company, Pro Guard.I strongly suggest a thorough audit of her dealership and her business practices as I'm certain I am not the only consumer she has attempted to defraud.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

If possible to rate 0 stars, I would. It's been over 4 months since I've dealt with these people for a trade in and the title is still not transferred out of my name. I've been receiving late notice emails/calls that I am 4 months delinquent on my payments, and it's even got to the point I'm receiving threats of repossession on a vehicle that I don't even own anymore. Would not recommend to anybody to be taken a crook like this place will do you!

Worse car lot I have ever even heard of by far!!!!!!! I wouldn’t buy a car here again if I had to walk every day of my life. The owner (serena) is as two faced as they come!!!!! She sells trash!! It lasts only until the bank pays her for the vehicle!!!!!! She won’t fix anything she says she will!!! She makes down payment agreements for every customer, knowing that they won’t be able to pay a monthly payment; and finish’s paying a downpayment!! She writes temp tags out 2-3 months ahead so she don’t transfer tags on time!! She never pays anyone for anything! Everyone in Somerset talks about this car lot! My sister tried to go by there and I wouldn’t let her!!!!! Furthermore she won’t even pay her employees anymore!! Everyone has left, even a boss from the last time I was there. The only people she has left is some obese girl, a dark slick man, and she hides in an office and won’t pay anyone or fox what she’s promised to fix!!!!! Get the heck out of Somerset 27 auto sales!!!!! You’ve lost all the business!!! Cross posted on every review site I can find as well as turned in to the better business bureau!!! She will not get by with running this scheme anymore!!!

I was turned down at four other places and they helped me get into a car affordably. everybody i dealt with was very professional and kind. i Will be back when its time for another car.
