Avoid dealing with these crooks, John and his worker Joe are absolutely terrible people. Hired them to replace a sensor, 2 weeks later my truck made it back to shop with the original sensor truck had at time of purchase. Called the owner John asking for justification and was he had nothing to say and said his worker will call me. Worker called me and didn’t even defend himself as if he knew he was caught red handed. Called John back letting him know that and he didn’t care one bit. An owner of his company would care about his reputation. This thief however didn’t care one bit. Absolute crooks stay far far away. Absolute degenerates and a damn shame to the trucking industry! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from working with them!

Was told on the phone one price of $365 to replace 3 airline's,,with minimum 2 hours labor on a road call,$615 later and less then 2 hours,they are thieves

They broke an ez out trying to get a broken bolt out of my driveshaft. Still charged me full price for everything. I had to get it home to fix what those clowns made worse. Definitely do not recommend these “mechanics” to even fix a flat. Btw they are no longer at this shop they have to do road calls.

My tread blew out on the highway. Came to the shop waited about 30min. Changed my tire got me back the road quickly. Nice people very appreciative of their help.Service: Tires

Brought my western star in for a turbo line leak. Fitting was bad and their mechanic replaced it with no other issues. Approximately 6 hours later down the road I smelled burning engine oil. Pulled over and opened the hood and noticed the same turbo line leak. I proceeded with caution ⚠️ until I was able to make it back to my company's mechanic shop. Our mechanic attempted to untight the Fitting that was replaced and fastened down by Smith Groves Truck and Trailer mechanic when we visually noticed that the line fitting was moving and saw that the line fitting nut was torqued to tight which caused the secondary leak. I called Smiths Grove Truck and Trailer shop and spoke with John and informed what had happened, he verbally acknowledged that he remembered me and the truck and asked what had happened when suddenly in mid sentence he hung up on me. I made several call backs with no success. Proceed with caution before you allow a 2.7 star review business touch your truck. Place was completely unsanitary and if Osha came in for a unnoticed audit this place would be out of business.

Never have we ever been taken advantage of like we were here at this location in all the states we haul freight. Ashamed it had to be our home state. Never again will any of our fleet trucks enter this parking lot for any services offered regardless of the time or the desperate need we might be in. I truly believe in karma and for a simple job of pulling a nail out, installing a single rubber plug, putting 110 psi in a tire and charging us 122.00 it will bite them in the tail. My advice to all truckers is to drive on by to the next service station unless you like being taken advantage of.Service: Tires

Was charged 12$ for parking here no sign that says it costs to park here after 2 hours just a bunch of thieves here would not recommend coming to this place food is priced to high just another place taking advantage of truck drivers
