Deborah Stracener, I am the one that you dealt with at Smiths Grove Gun. Here is a picture of the same receipt you was shown when you picked the bow up. We didn’t try to hide anything. I actually had spoke with your husband already before shipping letting him know how much it was going to be and he was good with it. And as far as the crank for your crossbow I found it just as soon as you left and I called and apologized for my mistake. We was definitely not trying to “steal” your crank. That’s not the way we do business.

Worse place to take a crossbow. Wanted to say it was over $100 dollars for shipping but bent the page over so I couldn’t see what all was shipped. I guess I paid for everyone’s shipping. Also they will definitely lie able your bow having the crank with and keep it for themselves or to resale. Absolute crooks!!

Took my son to get some new arrows and was happily surprised with how cheaply they were priced. Also the gentlemen, helping us checked all of his arrows he had in his bow case for straightness. (Free of charge) We also were encouraged to use their bow range, and they let us know that for youth archers it was free. All the staff we came in contact with were extremely polite. Everything priced very competitively and overall the store had a great feel to it. Definitely recommend you supporting this business

Husband went in to buy a CVA Scout Cal. 444. Asked man behind counter about ammo, etc. But guy behind counter was too busy to be bothered, and became very belligerent. Afraid you lost a sale due to your salesperson.

Fantastic establishment with excellent staff. Took my son in for an afternoon of range time and this place didn't disappoint. Great selection of guns and ammo along with accessories. We will definitely be back.

Have been here one time and it was my destination for the ride on my AT despite not being in the market for a hand gun or weapon. Easy to find and enter the parking lot. Inside is roomy and plenty of merchandise for the topic. A welcome greeting is of a local business. ? Walk along the glass cabinets and one will most likely find something relating to what they are after. Plenty of useful accessories are available too. There is an indoor range; but, I did not utilize it.
