You could not ask for a better tow truck service than Mr. David! He came to help us immediately upon calling, was super kind and patient despite some technical difficulty issues with getting the vehicle loaded and unloaded. He went way, way above and beyond to take us all the way back to our hometown about 2 hours away, when he really did not have to do it. Definitely recommend and would use again in a heartbeat.

I hit a deer on the way to Nashville and was obviously very shaken up from it. I went to a phenomenal mechanic called Smith Grove Automotive and they recommended me to David Stiffey and On-Duty Wrecker Service. He charged me fairly, was unbelievably kind and went out of his way to help me. I cannot recommend him higher as a professional. Thank you

On our way from Michigan to Florida our car broke down on 65. It was terrifying. David called and had us picked up in 15 minutes. He saved the day! Amazing service and amazing conversation. Mr Stiffey, was right on time! I was broke down on I-65 in Smithsgrove up against a guardrail and called him and he gave me a time that he would be there and he was. He was extremely professional and compassionate to my situation. I hope I never have to meet again like that. My insurance company couldn’t find anyone and I found him on my own.I HIGHLY recommend ON DUTY WRECKER SERVICE.P.S. he towed me close to 50 miles into Tennessee. Our tire blew on 65 on the way back from indiana, it was a long day and that was the cherry on top. we called a few other places and either no answer / had 2+ hour wait times. David answered the phone immediately and got to us within 30 minutes. He was very kind and helpful during this scary situation on the highway at dark! will definitely recommend him to anyone before someone else. he’s awesome!

In all my 59 years, I have never had such a caring driver. I broke down in Smiths Grove on my way back to Texas. He went above and beyond on his time to make sure my special son and I were alright.
