“Deborah Stracener, I am the one that you dealt with at Smiths Grove Gun. Here is a picture of the same receipt you was shown when you picked the bow up. We didn’t try to hide anything. I actually had spoke with your husband already before shipping letting him know how much it was going to be and he was good with it. And as far as the crank for your crossbow I found it just as soon as you left and I called and apologized for my mistake. We was definitely not trying to “steal” your crank. That’s not the way we do business.”
