We had no idea where to go when we experienced engine problems with our 97 Trans Am. A neighbor suggested Jeff at Busted Knuckle. Best advice we could ever ask for! This place is amazing. Local owned and operated shop. We took our Honda CRV in for an issue we've had for a few months and some of the big stores have priced us and told us it could be weeks to get us in. They got us in same day we called, fixed the issues and had our vehicle back the next day. And they were very reasonable as far as cost. We will only use them from now on.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Total rip off. Kept saying it was different parts. Months and 100s of dollars later still not fixed. Finally had enough and took it back. Had 1 problem when I took it.. now every warning light in the car is on. Should have been honest and said you did not know how to fix it instead of making it worse.

Be careful. Won’t tell you he doesn’t know how to fix a car. Charges you for several services and then you get your vehicle back in worse shape. Extremely dishonest. Don’t do business here.

Very thorough in diagnosing the issues with our Expedition and coming up with a plan to fix each one. Very knowledgeable, honest and reasonable. Glad to have an expert mechanic be able to work on our vehicles.
