I wouldn't take my vehicles to anybody else. The best mechanic ever. My husband and I have had to call in the middle of the night to have our vehicle towed and he has come and got us. He has towed us and fixed all of our vehicles in the last 18 years and I wouldn't call anybody else and couldn't ask for a better person and mechanic. Mr. Ballard is great
