Some okay deals. Pretty sure a lot of these clothes are specifically made for the outlet, so know what you are looking at/for when trying to determine if it's a good deal. Stitching, fabric weight, etc...used to love their shoes, but I can't wear them anymore. Disappointing.

Our first visit, clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. Nice variety of stores, convenient directories to locate stores, convenient and clean restrooms, and we found some bargains, a good visit.

Went here a couple of years ago and it's one of the best malls I've ever been to. Still have my Vera Bradley purse, wallet and blanket I got from there.

We love this North Face store. We stopped in and they were running crazy good deals on several clothing items. We were able to pickup some birthday gifts while we were here. The employees were also helpful with signing us up for their reward program and issuing a coupon code that we could use!

Terrible customer service, more concerned bout flirting with each other than answering a simple question. Couldn't even ring a gift card in properly. Very dissatisfied.

Once we reached the register we noticed that the two jackets we picked had a defect on them. The staff person we dealt with was very helpful in finding a replacement.
