I scheduled a hair cut and Kevin’s said come in. He was busy doing pedicures and directed his “ Mother” to cut my hair. She proceeded to spray my hair after looking at a picture I brought in. I asked her for a shampoo so she took me back and then started to tell me that she worked at Great Clips for a long time. I did not feel good about staying and left.
