I've had a lot of experiences with different veterinarians over the years. It is a different world out there, mostly money motivated. Mike is definitely down to earth. Just a couple of minutes and got a great feeling of finally it's about time I can trust someone who has the animals best interest. Thanks Mike.

I like this place because it isn't hectic. You go in, wait a couple minutes, go to the back, they look at your cat, and you're out just like that.
They are also nice. We have had to put down one cat there. Professional.
Reasonably priced. When one of our cats had a problem, they kept him there for several days. I don't recall the final bill, but it was in the low hundreds. We had a cat stay two nights in Chicago and it was like $2500.

Everyone was very friendly. Was in and out in very few minutes. Doctor was very knowledgeable. Had to go back today and unfortunately they could not help my fur baby so we made the decision to put her to sleep. Vet and nurse were very understanding and gave us time to say our goodbyes,

I love Dr. Johnson. He is very gentle and loving with my pets. I feel he is honest, and he isn't all about the money. So many vets have gotten so expensive.

I’ve been coming here for many years. They’re really fast, gentle with your pets, and Dr Johnson answers every question and concern you may have. The vet techs, assistants, and front desk staff are THE BEST. I have a lot of dogs so I feel like I’m always calling them with so many questions and concerns. They are so patient and helpful and will do anything to get me in if urgent. I couldn’t ask for a better veterinary
office!

I have hesitated to write this review simply because I believe people make honest mistakes but this was not one of those instances. I had a suffering dying cat who needed immediate attention so she could die peacefully. I called first thing in the morning to get an appt to have her put down but was told I needed to come in the next day!!! I told them she is suffering and they told me to go somewhere else!! I waited a little while thinking if I took her to the clinic, they would see and do it, however this was NOT the case!!! I arrived and ran in explaining my cat was dying and crying in the back of my car....I had visibly been crying and basically begged them to PLEASE put her down. The receptionist literally said these words, " Well, you don't have to get upset with me". She hopped out of her chair as if I had totally imposed on her damn time!!!!! I replied, "What, I am not upset with you, I just want my suffering cat put out of her misery". I ran out and started driving to take her somewhere else. She died in the back of my car in her favorite pink fuzzy blanket while crying out and me bawling!!!!!!!! Fast forward to a new puppy and a heart worm, flea and tick chewable he gets at the first of every month. I have been met with smug reactions and overall unprofessional behavior coming from the TWO receptionists! Yesterday the one receptionist was looking up the pill for my puppy and the other receptionist came out and saw me, turned around and went to the back. The one waiting on me went to the back to get the pill, which seemed like it took forever then rounded the corner giggling like a child and once again, that smug look!! I suppose I am deemed the "Difficult Client" simply because I wanted my poor sweet cat who was suffering in pain put down!!! I am finished with a clinic that is supposed to put ANIMALS FIRST and who certainly should treat their clients with some damn respect!!!
