Fragrance Outlet has a great selection of niche fragrances at reasonable prices, with things seeming authentic. It is described as the best smelling store in the whole outlet. The experience of going in to see the selections and try smells is fun, allowing people to walk out with items in hand. However, some feedback suggests the staff could let people look more freely without following them around or insisting on different scents. Overall, it offers a good price and an enjoyable, old-school shopping experience.
Alex and Robert are amazing salesmen and always have great recs. I found Ely and the girl named Liz or Elizabeth to be quite disrespectful and rude. Ely pushes a lot of irrelevant fragrances and talks a lot, while Liz gossips about customers loud enough for you to hear her talk about you.

My son loves his cologne and he's 11 but the lady that was helping him treated him like a millionaire and was suprised that he knew so much about so many....prices were reasonable
