Highly recommend! I went there hoping to find some answers to allergy issues my dogs were having regarding food. They took their time to listen and work towards solutions. I cannot emphasize enough how patient they were and I am happy to report that I have seen improvements in my pups'allergy symptoms. They know their products and the nutritional needs of animals! Highly recommend!

HUGE shout out to Kevin from The Feed Bucket in Simpsonville, Ky. There was a small mix up in our order and when the delivery driver informed Kevin, he called and apologized THEN, drove 40 minutes that evening, AFTER he got off of work to deliver the right product and make it right. THIS IS SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE !!

The customer service from the minute I walk in the door to the minute I receive the delivery at home is excellent. In fact, consultations concerning feed and bedding has made my horses happy and healthy. My horses always love to see Jake pull up the driveway with a delivery. Not only does he deliver the product; he also gives my horses lots of attention! I am not sure who is more excited about the delivery, me or my horses! You might ask why I am excited about a feed/bedding delivery? Because I know Jake is going to stack everything perfectly and there will be no mess or broken bags. I so appreciate the Feed Bucket making my life easier.
