“The young woman was very helpful and polite during my visit. Even though it was just a simple size exchange, without my original sales receipt it became a monumental task as this store didn't stock this item. HOWEVER, the young lady waiting on me stayed with it and after a few phone calls and web searches managed to get the items ordered and hopefully shipped to me. (we'll see) I was lucky the store wasn't really busy, and she had time to do this as she seemed to be the only one working..”
“Recently visited this location in Kentucky at the outlets of bluegrass. Very nice and well kept store. Per my daughter, they seem to have different items that your local mall stores don't seem to have, which of course excited her.”

“Our first visit, clean and nicely decorated for the holidays. Nice variety of stores, convenient directories to locate stores, convenient and clean restrooms, and we found some bargains, a good visit.”
“Was very busy but found great prices on clothes we were looking for! Had wonderful customer service even though the checkout line was long but with the prices they had and as busy as the outlet mall was checkout was smooth and I didn't feel like I was in there forever!”
“Tommy Hilfiger outlet shop located at the shoppes at bluegrass in simpsonville Kentucky. The way you know you are truly at an outlet mall is if they have a Tommy Hilfiger outlet. And simpsonville does so that makes them official. I have personally enjoyed Tommy products and clothes since the mid 90s and I still like to shop here. Clothing is on the pricey side but they do run a lot of 40 percent off sales which makes there pricing average with other major retailers. Overall any time I've seen a Tommy shop since I was a kid I always walk in and browse around some. I like the fashion styles they have and comfort levelOf most of there items as well.”

“Typical experience at a Banana Republic. Friendly staff. Good clothes in basic fashion. The cost is higher but the quality is usually a little better than Gap. And far better than Old Navy, all of which are under the same corporation of companies. Avoid their basic graphic t-shirts, those fall apart way too fast. Travel jeans are my favorite and they always have a fun sweater or two in the fall.”
“Sue was extremely helpful in finding me some maternity scrubs. She only had one pair that worked for me left in the store but called around and found another pair and shipped it directly to my house. Great customer service and a great selection of scrubs!”

“Great outlet that feels like visiting a typical store. You'll find a few deals here that are noted as "outlet special" only. Old Navy is a staple for us to buy casual clothes for the entire family. Restrooms available in the dressing room area. The dressing rooms were kept clear and had no wait to try on clothing.”

“I bought a Velocity Twist SSC years ago (The color shirt was lavender). It’s still in great shape. It’s great for running or doing yoga. I came back hoping that Under Armour was still selling them and they were! I just wish they would sell it in more different bright colors like yellow.Other than that, I recommend to you all strongly to buy those shirts, they are incredibly soft and easy to take care of.Under Armour don’t ever stop selling those shirts.
