If I could give zero stars I would:I had a HELOC which I had established with cub bank. Cub was bought out. I had never used the HELOC and now need to use it. I called in to simply ask how to get the money out of my already established HELOC. Customer service is non-existent. You cannot directly call the specific branch, and to even get on the phone with a human being will take upwards of 20 minutes on hold. When you finally do reach the call center, they rush you and do not listen to what you actually need. I was shuffled to the voicemail of a bank manager, who I later found out I really didn’t even need to talk to, and he did not ever call me back. Over the last 24 hours I have spent upwards of five hours trying to get this very simple issue resolved. Most of the time was spent on hold. The few human beings I did get to talk to just wanted to shuffle me on down the line. I will not be doing business with them in the future. Sad to see what happened to our hometown banks.

Worst customer service ever!! Waited 25 minutes In Drive thru and I was the 3rd customer in line!! Ridiculous!
