I am a frequent Chicos shopper and order often from Chicos Off the Rack. Over Labor Day, I ran into online frustration in placing an order. I tried Live Chat and their Customer Care line - both to no avail even though it was still during posted business hours. Today, I called the Outlets of the Bluegrass and spoke with the manager there, "Maha" was incredible. Not only did she get my order fulfilled within her store, she found a coupon which helped the purchase price (which was raised post Labor Day) and applied a gift card I wanted to use. She even called me within thirty minutes to tell me the package was ready to go in tomorrow's mail and apologized for it being missed today. She was amazing and I was so grateful after the frustration experienced online the previous evening. I will always recommend Chicos brand and their brand of retail stores, and it is quality of connection overall that has made me a decades-long frequent shopper.
