I can only speak from my personal experience but it has been somewhat undesirable… I stopped in the shop in early July and ordered 3 shirts to have an emblem sewed on them. I waited for the proof and finally in August (4 weeks later) I reached out to find out what was happening. I texted and called to no avail. I reached out to a mutual friend and finally I heard back from her. She did not have the proof. It had been over a month. At this point I had disputed the charge on my credit card… During my phone conversation with the business owner I told her that I would undispute the charge if she could have the shirts ready within a week… That did not happen.She has a cute shop and is a very nice lady. She claims she did not receive my texts and emails that I had sent during the course of time. Not sure why the lack of communication is down with this. I am a business owner myself and am constantly sending and receiving texts and emails with no problem. As far as the quality of her work I cannot say because I never got to experience it. I was so excited to find a small business owner that I could do business with and help support… I’m very saddened by this whole episode. I’m just very thankful that what I ordered was something that I did not need…
