Adidas customer service is terrible with handling customers concerns, i purchased several pairs of shoe's back on June 8, 2024 neither pair fitted, i tried them on and returned unworn within the 30 day time frame allowed. I looked on my Adidas account and it showed that the items were received at their warehouse to be inspected, i have not heard from them on the status. Today is August 17th and i still have not been refunded for items returned. I have called several times and they keep telling me that the issue will be routed up to another department to be handled. Still week after week nothing from them.

John and his staff are always friendly helpful and professional. I was the very first customer at this store when it opened several years ago. John was at that time the assistant manager. He became the store manager and has done a great job he always treats me and my family like we are family. He has went out of his way to make us feel important every time we visit the location and he is there. His assistant Dakota is also very friendly helpful and professional the store always looks great and the prices are always reasonable. I have been a huge adidas fan since i was a young kid. I was extremely happy when they opened this location. I use to travel over two hours to Indiana because it was the closest location to me. I have been to several adidas stores from the las vegas strip to Orlando Florida. We try to find one every time we go on vacation. I was so glad when this location opened. highly recommend this place. Thank you john to you and your team.

I went to exchange some ultraboosts twice — once about a month ago for a size exchange and again today because the new pair had some odd quality issues. The staff was very helpful both times. They exchanged them twice with almost no questions asked and this time one of the managers was helpful trying to find my size in the colorway I wanted (they did not have it but I was fine with getting different ones).If you’re looking at getting some adidas gear I HIGHLY recommend going here. They usually have some great deals and the staff is awesome.

They were running half off of everything in their store when we came to shop. We were able to purchase several pairs of shoes and workout gear for crazy good prices. The store was well stocked and was clean. The employees were also helpful with size requests.

Deals at this store. Young mens lightweight, athletic pants are the best. Hard to find elsewhere. They have cleats as well. Sale merch??

Great customer serviceI called to ask about store hours and current sales going on and the customer service representative “Annie” went out of her way by offering to go out on the floor and search specifically what I was looking for without asking. Customer service is a big deal to me. If I’m going to spend money with your business the way you greet and treat me will determine my decision to do business with you. I really appreciate this young lady willing to do what she offered without asking. I hope her management team and corporate give her some recognition for this. It’s a big deal to me as a consumer. whenever me and my friends visit this adidas location all employee are sitting and talking in groups instead of stocking the shelves or helping customers! Their back room is full of clothes and shoes need to be stock so customers can purchase them!
