Fantastic store for kids clothing. The quality is good and the prices are competitive. The store was clean and well organized. The girls working were helpful in finding the sizes that we needed.

Poor quality in clothes sweaters unravel an makes holes an won’t return or back the quality in their brand. Outrageous clothes poor quality bad name because they won’t back their clothes quality they fall apart !!!!

Horrible customer service. I was visiting a friend in the local area and we decided to visit the store as we both had coupon cards and had never been to it before. We were not greeted when we walked in, and the whole time we shopped, the associates just talked amongst each other and never stopped to ask if we needed anything. The manager at the cash register was rude and did not know how to use coupon cards or let alone know how to ring out customers. I realized later, after coming home that he had overcharged me. I cannot return outlet items at my local store. Needless to say, we will never be coming back to this store.
