Only needed them to winch me out of a ditch on a steep driveway. Took 10 mins and charged $250⁰⁰. He definitely had esp because i had 249 in my pocket and i found 4 quarters in the dash of my work van. I've had a van towed from Williamstown to Florence and it wasn't 220 and the wrecker shop was 35 min away. I just needed winched off a dangerous a$$ driveway from the flat part up top that he was able to drive around from another driveway. His shop wasn't even 10 min from where i was. And they didn't have anything going on because he was there quick. Not even 10 min of work and the audacity to say 250 after the fact, it hurt especially a few days before Christmas. Life lesson number 4956, ask price first. I would definitely price check first cause this dude wants me top of off the line fishing poles , golf clubs, or something. People know how to take advantage of people in situations in this world.

Took great care of my truck, even though I hate my truck at the moment for not being functional. They came quickly to roadside, were friendly, and did very well.

Excellent business, excellent people. Right equipment for the job at hand. My truck weighs over 10,000 lbs and they handled it as easily as a Kia when it broke down. Would DEFINITELY use again if my larger trucks need towed.Service: Vehicle wrecking

Incorrect website regarding hours, this place is not customer service oriented. Our car was brought here by the police after an accident, tow plus impounding cost adds up very quickly. If your car is brought here act quickly to not incur a large bill. I can not speak to other services offered.

On New Year’s Eve this was the only place that would tow our car. We called everywhere and was finally referred to silver grove towing and they showed up fast and got us home.

I bought a tow truck here a couple of years ago. It was the best used truck I had ever bought. The organization and cleanliness of the way Jeff keeps this place inspired me to clean by business up. We now have all brand new trucks in our fleet.
