“I go to this pawn shop very often and usually only this pawn shop for several reasons. They treat u with respect and make me feel like I'm family. They are extremely patient and will work with u on a price on almost every item in the store. There not there to become millionaires just to make money to take care of their families like anyone else. Very kind as long as u show them the same in return. Very knowledgeable about there products and are willing to hear what u have to say if u think they may not be correct about an item in there store. Don't think they k kw everything by any means. And if they have the time they will sit and have a conversation with u for an hour if u feel the need to. By far the best pawn shop and best people by far to run one in this area. I love the fact they do work in house and are fair in pricing. They have many unique peices to hunt for too! “Awesome experience, nice store, HUGE collection to browse and very friendly staff. I had about 50 coins, mostly silver and was curious what they were worth and came in to have them valued and perhaps sell them. I did research the metal prices and had a pretty good idea what I could realistically get for them, however their offer exceeded my expectations so I sold them all. It was a great exchange which I felt was more than equitable for all parties and I think everyone was happy with it. I would definitely recommend them and will certainly go back myself to buy and sell more in the future. Its a fun hobby and you will have a great partner in it at the Louisville Numismatic Exchange.”

Great people treat you like one of their own! Very nice place and always keeps his word! Always has been great to us! I highly suggest if you find yourself wanting to go to a pawn shop need something that they offer to go there first. Best prices compared to anyone also most friendly people I have ever met! Mike would give you the shirt of his back! I’d vouch for them any day all day! Again he reached out and gave me a helping hand when I needed one the most and always has kept his word does what he says and never strayed from it! Great family owned and family run business support them they are just like any normal person trying to make a living I can tell he loves what he does and loves seeing the smiles on his customers faces, tries the best he can to please his customers and make them happy! Again I can’t say enough good things about them. He cares about his customers and I can vouch for that we hadn’t been in to see him a couple weeks ago and he called to make sure we were okay! “The manager there is very, very insightful. Very helpful. This man always takes his time, and goes out of his way to make guest feel comfortable. I have never been turned away. They also have a great selection of items that I plan to explore when I return. These guys even have a host of PS5'S. I have to check my receipt to remember the gentleman's name but he is the light skin black American and had on a nice set of gold chains. I will leave a good review everytime I come.”

“PLZ SHARE!!!!No matter where you live!!!!?????I waited awhile before deciding to post this but my girls and I are beyond livid, this past month my mom has had things stolen from her, items such as cash, jewelry and Christmas gifts?♀️??♀️? I dont want to go into anymore detail but I am asking for help on one particular item which can NEVER be replaced.. it is a womans gold ring with the april birthstone ( diamond ) sept (blue sapphire ) oct Pink stone.. it was her mothers ring but not just any store bought ring , the band was her bestfriend of 50 + years and when she passed her husband took out the previous stones and had Moms 3 stones put in which makes this a very personal piece.. My moms wishes was to be buried with this ring when the time comes for her???, I dont have pictures as of now but we are working on that , but i can identify it if i see it... i will be offering a reward $$$$ should it be found.. so I'm asking you guys to keep an eye open on these sale sites and market place ect to see if you can help locate it.. this is absolutely ridiculous that this even happened to her?♀️???♀️??3 stone ring, mothers ring, blue pink and white stones.. share this post a million times and let the power of fb bring this back to her... thanks guys..( one heated daughter here )”

“I managed to stumble across this business while I was driving down Eastern Boulevard on my way to Best Buy to purchase a laptop. In the past, I heard bad reviews about this place so was a little Leary. However when I open the door, I was immediately greeted and was assisted. The store was very clean, they had many items in there that I did not know went to pawnshops, and the staff were extremely friendly. I ended up purchasing a laptop while receiving awesome and amazing service. Missie and Krystal thank your for working which me while looking for a new laptop. Your patience was stellar. Bad customer service and he shouldn't even be able to be a employee at the most a manager lol they must really need help... don't go to the store on Broadway lol but the dixie store is way more professional and has better stuff than Broadway..”
