I went to this store after having to jump my battery the night before. They tested my battery, and, without showing me the results, said the battery needed to be replaced. However, they didn’t have a compatible battery in stock.I then went to Advance Auto Parts and, on a lark, had them test the battery. They showed me the results and said the battery was in excellent working condition and did not need replacement. This saved me over $200.I recommend avoiding O’Reilly Auto Parts!

I left after 5 min. It was just too much. People didn't know where stuff was and what they were doing. I don't know about cars so when I come and ask a question that is about my car I would hope they would find out if they didn't know.
