Got a hot tub room just to relax but a lil over an hour in the ceiling started leaking on me in the hot tub. I had to get ready and go. I couldn't get a refund or exchange for another day. They sent someone to look at it but my relaxation window was over. Would be nice if I could have a voucher to stay another night or something even a Monday. Oh well

i rented a room for over night I decided to check out at 11:30 because cat was meowing and traffic needless to say my was room paid for and I go back a week later they accuse me stealing bed sheets from there wanted to charge me 50.00 I said for what the woman deny a three hour room i turn in my remotes and keys . This is bad business I like to see proof

Room rental for 3 hours, sketchy parking lot but just mind ya business.. do ya thang and nobody will bother you. Do be standing around outside at night, stay strapped cause the locks aren't the best.

Place needs to be remodeled so bad. Parking lot would be better if it was bigger. The employees tried just a lil to be n good mood maybe they would treat customers w some class n maybe lil respect.

Motel is ran down and out of date as far as amenities but the staff is cool, laid back and understanding (helpful), they only take cash, and the deposit is only $20. Over all it was a good place to stay.

Came in on Sat night/sun morning. Great welcome from the clerk and he was very helpful. Learned we should have came on Friday night instead since it’s free couples night. But did leave with a purchase and plan to come back!

This hotels is good for what it is intended for. Not the cleanest and has some shady characters hanging around outside. But I have never noticed any bugs in the room and their jacuzzis are nice.

Very friendly staff and helpful too. I come here a few times a week to purchase male “enhancefiers”. High turnover but they always have new suggestions for me to try. Parking lot could be better maintained and organized. With precipitation it’s downright hazardous as I fell hard to the asphalt from slipping on a patch of ice near the entrance.
