Employees are rude and show favorites for regular costumers. You will wait in line just to have regulars pulled from the line behind you just so they can take 10 minutes playing lottery. This happened to me 3 times in less than a month.

Purchased etron that was broken. They did not want to replace broken part. I only had it for 4 days. Said I could purchase a new one after I already paid 19.99. Went to lowmart smoke shop and bought new one for 15.99 and they guarantee their products.

This store is awesomeness. The clerks are always extremely kind and well spoken. I personally will go to this store even if it isn't the closest store to me. I love this place
