I will never ever return to this Laundromat except for in the morning when I go to speak to the owner about how I was basically thrown out 30 minutes before closing with wet clothes and insulted, called names and threatened with physical violence by the attendant. They have one dryer in the whole place that actual heats up and that's no exaggeration. I've went there for years because it's my old neighborhood and I believe in helping your local businesses. So even with the terrible equipment that they have I stayed a loyal customer. But never again. They lost my business for good. I should have waited and made her call the policeimd she threatened me with but I hated to make something like her ignorance keep them away from a real emegency. But I will see thru something being done with this disrespectful, lazy, EXTREMELY RACIST liability they have employed there..

The laundromat is dirty no one is working in the laundromat so if you lose your money in the washer or dryers you can't get it back. no working bathrooms for customers very outdated .water all over the floor no one there to get it up some of the washer and dryers be having nasty stuff in them.it a hot mess the only thing I like is it stays open late needs work bad 3 -17 2024

Wasted money on detergent fabric softner and bleach and 2 non working machines which was $8! Then went to buy detergent out of machine and that took my money! It cost me a lot of money to come out with one load halfway clean enough to dry in a fast drying dryer. Although, I was worried my 4 kids school uniforms would snag on all the sharp objects poking out while clothes tumbled. The other clothes had to be hung dry bc I had no more detergent to wash a second time bc the washer did not clean them at ALL! My advice to whom ever owns/runs this place would be to clean those things! Every washing machine had TONS of clogged detergent, plastic from the pods (some people are idiots and don't know to throw into drum, lol) and fabric softner piled to the top of dispenser. Seriously, no wonder nothing works. Lol. I hate to even ask when the last time the dryer vents have been vacuumed. Lol, it should be nightly but I'm gonna say a few months at best. Hopefully this business can fix some much needed issues.

This Laundry is a joke. All the washing machines are out of service, and when you put your clothes to wash in a working washing machine, they don't wash your clothes properly because they don't add water to the clothes. And it comes out full of detergent.It's a disaster, don't come here.

Don't come to this place. Almost all the washing machines are out of service, and the ones that work do not wash well, and if that were not enough, they tear the customers' clothes.

More than half of the washing machines are broken, your money is stolen, and something that could have been an hour-long outing to wash becomes a problem where you have to go somewhere else and pay again to wash.Terrible place, I don't recommend it to anyone. Go to another Laundry, here you will only waste your time and your money.

Washer 31 coin slot broken, washer 37 coins jammed. Washer 32 throws Error codes repeatedly hit start 3 times. Stuck on 15 minutes for a very long time. Dryer 30 take a coin but don't register time.

This place is a joke no people there at all to help you. Machines half of them do not work and some of the ones they claimed did work ripped me off 8.00$. The place was very very dirty. No rest rooms and I had 50 loads of clothes to do. Just a ripp off.
