I had used Duvall's once or twice for small repairs and it all went well. I took my 2011 Ford Sport Trac in to get the radiator replaced. When i picked it up the price was reasonable. I started to drive away and my truck's engine was cutting in and out and running very rough. I went back in to ask WTH and he told me he had sat the old radiator on top of the engine while he put the new one in and some of the water leaked onto my engine. He told me it will get better, if not bring it back in a couple of days and ill fix it. NOTHING was wrong with my engine before i took it there and this was a very nice truck. I did not take it back to him and after a few months i traded my truck in at a Ford dealer for a different vehicle. Billy was a nice guy but my truck was basically ruined. Good people!!! The Owner Billy is very friendly and straight up about any issues you have with your vehicle. If he can fix it, he will and if he can't he will tell you he can't.

A year ago, I took my car to this guy and everything went very well. I posted a 5-star review and drove away happy. So when I needed more work done to my car later, of course I went back to him. This time I was over-charged, he kept my car for 3 extra days because he was at the horse racing track, and worst of all, created a separate problem (no power steering) while 'fixing' my original issue (belt replacement) by not putting things back together correctly (I learned later from am ACTUAL mechanic)... and wanted to charge me to fix the power steering problem that HE created! This guy is a total CON ARTIST!
