Clean.. staff was professional. well maintained.. close enough to the airport you will hear some air traffic noise. Parking is great.

Rooms were cleaned daily. Housekeeping service was good.
Breakfast options to select from were minimal (other Hilton locations had more of a selection to choose from). But, it was Free.
Had a pool table and other items to stay busy if bored.
Inside swimming pool & workout gym.
Customer service provided receives a 5 star.
Rooms: Clean.
Safety: Quite area and staff was physically available. Cameras were monitored.
Walkability: Ok
Food and drinks: McDonalds, Burger King and a couple other restaurants walking distance

We left a different hotel in Indiana because it was so gross and kept driving. We were exhausted and stumbled across this hotel and couldn't be more grateful. It is so clean and comfortable. Grateful to be able to get some rest.

Room is ok but same as other Tru I stayed during the trip, the air conditioning is very noisy especially during night time.

It’s always clean and now the entire breakfast is available. It would be great to have a non-sugary option for cereal. How about some Cheerios! Location is walking distance to Cracker Barrel and Subway. Fuel is next door.

The staff was super friendly and greeted us with a warm welcome. Love the lobby space, cool place to hang out and play Jenga or rack some balls and shoot some pool. Very clean hotel. We did not mind the size of the room. After all, we just need a place to sleep for the night. Our only complaint about the room was that it had an odd smell, not terrible but not good either. The room kinda smelled like stale tea. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The bathroom door in our room doesn't even latch, let alone lock... and the pool is absolutely freezing. Very outdated pool for as new as the hotel tries to look.

I enjoyed my stay and the rate was a great last minute but economical grab. I "truly" end the bed and bedding. I'm a texture person ??♂️.
I've stayed at Tru a couple of times before. It's not my favorite but definitely in the top 10.
Food and drinks: Breakfast was good with a decent variety.

These hotels are new to the Hilton family. They have a trendy hipster vibe to them. I found the room to be small. When you first walk in it feels like you're walking into a dorm room from your college days. The place is decorated with bright colors all over the place. It's a nice hotel that has a plug in every corner of the place so charging your devices won't be a problem. I also like the touch kiosk in the lobby that lets you explore the area. Very handy and thoughtful. Over all it was a nice stay. Oh, if you stay on the fourth or fifth of July ask for a 3rd or 4th floor room on the back. We were treated to a free fireworks show from our window.

ZERO STARS ✨ June 1 -2024 , We stayed 1 night with Tru by Hilton in Shepherdsville Kentucky . We set our belongings down , Jumped in the shower & Came out and that's when we noticed it.
The top cover on the bed had blood on it that was 3 to 4 inches long. We immediately called the front desk and told the lady . She was nothing less of being stern & rude . She said you can get new bedding or switch rooms. We already settled in the room so bring diffrent bedding is what I said. We waited & waited for the longest of time. Even had to call back to the desk 2 more times. The lady came up and took pics of it and I did as well. I told her this is crazy to find & then it took an hour for them to come change the bedding. I told the lady i want some type of compensation of this and my time waiting on them. She said the manager will be able to help in the morning . We'll manager was not there when we checked out. I gave the person working my phone bumper and asked them to call or text. Never did any one contact me.
Pure disgusting and then not coming right away to change the bedding , lied saying the manager got the pics and will make notes of it . Nothing was done. Also had no idea that it was a dog motel . People letting their dogs urinate on the bushes at the front door . Lots of dogs peeing everywhere . I didn't see any designated spots for the dogs. The hot breakfast was nothing more then make your own waffle and some other non sense they breakfest.
Think you wanna stay here , don't bother . Ypu won't be happy. .
0 Stars ⭐. Definitely unsatisfied of this service from this hotel location . Other Tru by hilton have been much better then this .

This was the only place with rooms in town because I happened to be there during a golf event. One staff person began to check me in, asked for my ID and payment, set it down, and tapped away at the computer for several minutes. No progress was made and another staffer took over. After several minutes she asked for my ID and payment (that was already sitting on the counter). Anyone ever wonder what's going on with these hotel computers? It's as if they're engaged in quantum physics but occasionally take on the task of tracking hotel rooms. I mean really, why is it so hard? It shouldn't take 10-15 minutes to do the only thing anyone who ever walks into a hotel needs to do.

Easy to get to off of I-65. Far enough outside of Louisville to avoid heavy traffic but close enough to get to most attractions fairly quickly. Front desk staff was helpful and nice and the rooms are nice, clean and well appointed. I would stay here again.
