Prior to move-in the staff (Morita) was especially helpful getting everything set up to change the online selected outdoor spot to one that worked better for our camper. Entrance into the facility was easy. The facility appears to be well maintained.

Today I rented a fourth space with the Shepherdsville location. The property manager (Denise) is very efficient with her job. She was informative with a friendly smile. The property is always very well kept and clean.

This place is a rip off scam artist company. They told me after I moved out of a parking space that I had to pay the next month and give a ten day notice to move out. So I did. Then told me they don't start the ten day move out notice until ten days before the billing cycle of the next month, so I basically wouldn't be getting a refund. Although Camden had me sign a receipt stating that I received the twenty dollars. Then said he was going to mail it which he never did. This is ridiculous. They then told me that the extra month I paid on my other unit would be credited to my other unit. Then only credited me half of it this is a full rip off. Camden also got my number from my information for the company and started texting me later that night talking about playing with his cat or something. This company is weird and more expensive then any storage facility around. They are intrusive and I'm pretty sure most are high on something. There's no way in hell is ever recommend them. I filled my complaints with the BBB and FTC.
